Return/Cancellation policy

-Returns-

All items must be unused and in new condition, with all manufacturer tags attached.

All items that are returned and received used or not in resell condition; will be shipped back to the customer at customers expense.

Stoked SUP.com takes pride in making our customers happy with their purchases.

Allow 1-2 work weeks from date we receive the return to process and credit the account used in original order.

Stoked SUP.com suggests that you ship back returns with tracking and or insurance.

Stoked SUP.com is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages in transit.
 
 
 

Shipping-

All surf boards and stand up paddle boards over 9 feet are considered as freight. Our site currently is not capable of processing freight fees. Please either email us prior to purchase or choose local pick-up and we will contact you about a quote.
